On St. Patrick’s day I felt nostalgic for the performing days, so I attempted a casual performance of a song I used to sing a lot back in the day. Stumbled over some stuff, didn’t quite hit every note, but all-in-all, I had fun and it felt good for all the time that had passed. Even so, it made me want to hear the old stuff, so I found a recording which I had prepared as part of my musical portfolio. Hilariously, I then remembered I did not have a proper screen guard or as good of a mic, SO, I found myself humbled. In this one, yeah most of the singing is rather spot on and as I would like it to be, but the production value suffered to the occasional pop and distortion.

Perfection is ever fleeting, and you know what? That is okay. Screw it. So then I pulled an image of me trying to look oh so come-what-may and sultry for an demo cover that never quite came into existence. Very amusing.

Hope you all enjoy despite the flaws you may or may not notice.

Peace everyone. And happy belated St. Patrick’s!
